This place has swindled me every time I’ve been there. I’ve purchased a five-​year no questions asked warranty on my $ 4000 bedroom suit. After two years the drawer pulls are completely worn out causing damage to the furniture piece. Neither Furniture Row or the company they sell their warranties to (great white bottling co.) will help resolve my problems. We also had issues with our mattress, the springs in the side broke, they replaced it with an inferior product. On yet another occasion I purchased a couch from the showroom, I had to wait for one to come in stock. When I received the couch it was of obvious lesser quality. I should have never excepted it. Do yourself a favor and find another furniture store. These people are nothing more then lousy, money hungry salesman.
