I had the experience of purchasing a ps4 for my grandson, only to realize he had also purchased one the same day. So I returned to the store with an unopened ps4 and a valid receipt the very next day to be lied too and told I could only have in store credit for a 400 dollar purchase. The «manager» lied to me saying that he had told me there were no returns, I wouldn’t have purchased it knowing that, then when he said he could produce audio showing that, retreated to the back of the store for 20+ minutes in the hope that I would just leave. Terrible experience, not sure how a business could be run I’m such a manner.
