We love garden gate fruit market. They have wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have an excellent café. We love to stop and grab a bite to eat and come home with wonderful fresh goodies for the whole family.

I tried the chicken bacon ranch that another Unilocaler suggested. It was ok. You can get a half sandwich with a bowl of soup. I got the tomato basil and it too was just «ok». My mom said their clam chowder is «to die for» of course I found this out after the fact.
What I think they are better known for is their fresh fruit, and my personal favorite… no bake cookies!!! I drive across town at times just to pick up a few no bakes. They make them there and who doesn’t like no bake cookies???

Excellent sandwiches here. Chicken bacon ranch with dill havarti on pretzel bread. Get it and thank me later. This place is also great for getting quality fresh produce you can’t really get at Kroger or other places. I love that they have outdoor seating — it’s a great lunch spot.

I don’t know if EVERYTHING here is organic and local, but the oranges I got here had the «sunkist» sticker on them… The prices are good though, and they have a lot of Amish products. My mom also got a Jalapeño plant for 50 cents during their clearance of plants.

Always purchase fresh produce here. Today I got avocados, bananas, peaches, strawberries, grapes, onions. BUT I also got a roast beef sandwich to go. And let me tell you — that sandwich was the bomb. Seriously yummy with tons of roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and horseradish sauce. Plus chips and a pickle — all for $ 5.99. What a deal! The lunch line was long, so be mindful of that. But so yummy! I will get a sandwich again! So much better than any of the fast food options in the area. GO! And grab some produce while you’re there!

Really like this place and the people are super nice. Love the flowers we have gotten so far and local produce is always a plus!!!

The most delicious and fresh food. Stopped by to buy some plants and decided to have a quick lunch and ordered the Club on pretzel bread. It was wonderful and a very large sandwich. Jessica at the deli was very helpful and knowledgable on the selection. I will be back.
