Dr. Gilbert refused to pause the procedure to give me additional novacaine. I was sobbing and shaking in severe pain in his chair while his assistants asked him to stop, but he refused. How can a dentist be so cruel? I wouldn’t let any one I hated be tortured by him. Is there a negative star rating?

Dr. Clay seemed to be very knowledgable. He was kind and did his best to save you money. My fiancé and I went there because his dentist said he needed a root canal. Dr. Clay saved us money by assuring us all that was needed was a filling. Dr. Clay has a state of the art x-​ray machine and thus had a better image to judge. The receptionist was friendly. The chairs in the waiting room were uncomfortable, they were wooden with no padding.
