After all the hassle yesterday still no response. I’m done with this place.

Amazing service. I had triple pane windows installed in my house a few years ago at a fantastic (and competitive price). These windows have stayed strong and beautiful. They still look brand new and give my house a more polished look! Recently I had to call in a warrenty on one of my screens that had been ripped (thats right — provided you dont abuse it, they will repair screens for free). The young man who came to my house for the repair was polite and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me get the situation resolved quickly and painlessly. I love Gilkey and if i should ever have window needs in another home — i will 100% choose them again.
11÷4÷15 — just had a service man come out to help with a window that had broken. He was in my home for 15 minute and had the problem fixed. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I am still thrilled 7 years later that I chose Gilkey for my windows!
