One of the most important aspects of your realtor is their negotiating skills. She is one of the most effective negotiators I’ve worked with. (*I’ve been a lender for greater than 14 years and worked on transactions with no less than 500 different agents — many just once, but it gives a great scale to weigh my statement) Beyond negotiating, her understanding of her industry and her geographical area are extremely proficient. You may not get her to answer her phone the instant you decide to call her; but she will call back. You can’t expect to work with a top agent and expect they are available at the drop of a hat. Just know she is working on it.
