Great coffee and ambience. No place to sit so don’t plan on it. I had the coconut mocha iced drink not was wonderful. I was worried it would be too sweet but the espresso balanced it beautifully!

A Tiny place, the smell of roasted coffee drags you in. I gambled it and ordered a cappuccino. It paid off! The best coffee I tried in Louisville. The pastries need some work and variety.

I am here for a convention and didn’t think I could find a vegan breakfast. Not only did this Heine Bros have options, but their options were delicious. I got their breakfast«chorizo» wrap and a soy milk beekeeper with an extra shot. Both completely hit the spot! Both of the workers were extremely kind and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

This location is right across the street from the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts(entrance). While I’m so grateful to have stumbled upon it(caffeine addiction anyone?), this shop is super tiny, and you’d obviously need to walk here(little to no parking). Although there’s only a small ledge w/two stools inside, and two tiny bistro tables outside, this is an ideal location to sip on your drink, relax, and Main Street/people watch. While it’s not my very favorite chai latte with soy(see my review of La Grange Coffee Roasters), it’s definitely unique(very cinnamon-y) and very tasty. Great people, great place, great caffeine-laden refreshments — enjoy!

Awesome coffee, great service, and fantastic scones and muffins. The shop is small and only has two seats facing Main Street, making the store cozy and inviting. This is a great place to pick up a coffee before exploding downtown.

Excellent coffee and nice bakery. Only open during local business hours and not really a place to sit down but a great cup of joe when you need one

I love Heine Brothers Coffee and this one is just as good as the other locations across town. I am going to nickname this location the Tiny Heine. It’s a small little shotgun store with room to basically to grab your drink and go with the exception of a small stand-up bar by the front of the store and a couple tables outside. Only negative about this Henie is the hours: they close at 6pm during the weekdays and are closed on the weekends.
