So the workouts are interval training which are super intense. They get your heart pumping and you pretty much can get sick from doing them. That’s what I was looking for. I got a good deal through a Groupon-knockoff website for the first month so the value has been good. James, the instructor is chill but still gets you pumped to do the workout. Classmates tend to challenge each other(a lady older than me asked me «How are you gonna let an old lady beat you by 30 seconds?»). Afternoon-evening schedule is much more limited than the morning classes. The schedule is kinda rough though. It’s hard to fit with a typical work schedule.
