I would recomend not even bothering to look at this place management sucks deffinately not a people person makes promises she dont keep such as keeping the huge hill there treated in the winter months stays icy and no one can hardly get to work. When your year lease is up your rent nearly doubles if u want month to month lease forcing you to sign another year lease at same price u been paying which is rediculously high im paying 670 a month for a 2 bed one bath apartment when there are clearly apartments at 450 to 500 a month out there with a 2 bed one bath. Also manager now is related to the owners so if u complain about her nothing is going to get done so she gets away with anything. If u ask her to get anything done to apartment such as repairs good luck cuz it takes forever to get to you. Also she is a cronic liar. Makes u feel intimidated by her lies. Also kids cant play on the playground due to being spider and bug infested very unsafe to play on. Manager comes and goes and sets her own hours to be in office so trying to get ahold of her is worthless cuz shes hardley in the office like shes supposed to be 8 to 5 monday thru friday. Take my advice, keep away from this place if you want nothing but headaches. Not worth the money people shell out for rent

I have to concur with other online reviews. It seems like several years ago there was better management and more reasonable prices, but now units are close to $ 700 when other 2BR apartments in the area are in the $ 400 range.
And the office manager is very unprofessional, we’ve been frustrated because it seems we will get story after story and promise after promise but nothing gets done.
The maintenance guy Charlie is great and very effective, but unfortunately he can only do what the office management tells him to.
I’ll post more details when I’m able to move out but suffice it to say, if you’re looking here I would recommend looking elsewhere.
