They are fast, reliable and accommodating. Great quality and pleasant customer service. I’ve had multiple screens replace and TVs repaired. Highly recommended them to everyone I know.

They messed my T.V. up and put the blame on me. They will break your stuff and make up an excuse and not refund your money. They are as bad as it come. Don’t take anything there to be fixed your better off throwing it away. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My Funai TV/VCR was damaged by lightning and I took it to Kwik Service to repair. I thought it would be a total loss, but they assured me that they could repair it. I called and left messages for them asking them for a status on my TV and no one would return my call. In all, it took eight weeks to repair my TV. I now call them Slow Service. While this has been some time ago, it left a bad enough impression on me that I have never called them again, and I work for an insurance company, and would never recommend anyone to take anything to them for repair. When I went to pick up my TV, I went alone, and not one person there offered to help put the TV in my car for me. If you’ve never lifted a TV that is a TV/VCR combo, it’s pretty heavy. They watched as I struggled to even pick it up, much less get it to my car, and never offered any assistance. Never again.

I took my Samsung 37-inch HDTV here. Kwik Service fixed it in less than two days(rushing it so I could get it back for New Year’s Day bowl games) and charged half the price as the repair service Samsung recommended.
