I love me some New York & Company. They have super cute clothes and have some good sales through the year. On this most recent visit, the store staff were a little… absent. Like, I could hear them in the back, talking and chatting and singing with the radio. But I had been waiting to check out for quite a bit of time. I think stores should sometimes have a bell, like at a hotel check in desk, in case an associate is needed. But it was alright. I got my pretty dresses and I’m happy.

The Associate forgot to put the earrings I bought in my bag. I usually only buy during the 50% off sale. AAA discount didn’t apply to the sale. The normal prices are too high for me. Other than that I like this store. I’m thin, so it’s hard for me to buy nice professional clothing. At most stores I have to buy juniors clothes that look cheap. The pants here fit great. The Tops run too big for me. Despite the one bad experience, I will go back.

Don’t you dare return some items to this store as the associate will MAKEANOBVIOUS sigh in front of you and hand you over to someone else as she rather rings people who is purchasing. The associate here is impolite, rude, do not know anything about the merchandise in the store . If you ask ‘Do you have any matching earrings for this necklace?‘ Instead of trying to find them for you, the clerk will simply say ‘I don’t know Mam, but everything is out’. DUH.
