Okay, so the positives first: — The nurse practitioner, Angie Watson is fantastic. She’s very friendly, provides great information and genuinely listens. — The front desk staff and all of the medical assistant are great. They’re really friendly and helpful. — Dr. Payne and Dr. Kang were both nice and actually seemed interested in caring for pregnant women. Unfortunately, you don’t get to pick which doctor will be delivering the baby. I got lucky and Dr. Payne was on call. Now the negatives: — The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I waited for more than an hour many different times. One time I was there for a total of 4.5 hours, which is just crazy. — Most of my experiences with the doctors were terrible. I know they deal with pregnancy all day, every day and so it’s all routine for them. But, being pregnant for the first time, it was not routine for me. I would’ve appreciated it if the doctors had actually listened to me, provided me with info or spent more than 5 minutes in the room with me. — I had to make appts with my primary care physician(who is amazing!) to get information I should have been able to get from this office. — The doctors really didn’t seem to care at all about the patients. — They gave me several routine tests without explaining why they were giving them or what they were testing. I usually just ended up googling the tests in the waiting room. — One of the doctors constantly stared at my boobs and just seemed super lecherous in general, which is definitely not something you want in an OB/GYN. Yuck. I would definitely not recommend them as a practice. Dr. Kang and Dr. Payne are great as individual doctors though.
