Moving to Lousiville was my first time on my own, and the personnel at Phoenix Place Apartments were there every step of the way to assure I was comfortable and safe where I was living. It is close to the downtown medical center, and provides safety not only by locking their gates, but also having police that live and park their police cars on site, but also have police patrol the area every night. I never once felt unsafe in Phoenix Place! The apartment I lived in was extremely spacious (over 700 sq feet) and if there ever was a problem maintenance was there to fix the problem within 24 hours. The staff in the office were nice and friendly and were always willing to help if I came to them with a problem of any sort, and always showed me the fine Louisvillian hospitality!
