Pizza Guy

Let’s start this by saying this is some of the most delicious pizza I have found in the city of Louisville which is why I ranked it four stars. However, there are some issues at this restaurant that they should take notice. We went on a Friday night at 6:30. There was only one other family (2 people) in the restaurant at this time. It took at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the table to ask for a drink order. I later found out that was the only server on duty. At the time we ordered drinks, we also ordered an appetizer. While the appetizer was delicious, it took 15 more minutes to come out. There were also out of the beer special advertised on each table. After our appetizers came out it took another 10 minutes before our order was taken. At this point, there were 2 more families that had arrived. The food finally arrived and was delicious but getting a drink refill was almost impossible unless you got up and got it yourself. All in all, I would recommend this establishment for some excellent pizza and yummy breadstick bites. But keep in mind the service is super slow and plan on spending at least 2 hours there even when they aren’t busy.
