Rented a 17′ Uhaul truck form Q2 — easy reservation online and everything was ready and waiting for us when we showed up. The truck was in good shape and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. When we returned the truck the next morning their internet was down but Paul was using his cel phone as a hot spot to do check-​ins/​outs.
Lots of Uhaul places to choose form but we’ll go back to Q2 the next time we need one in that area.

We needed to buy some wardrobe boxes to use in a storage unit. We originally figured that we would need six, but in reality only needed half of that number.
We tried to take the ones back that we did not need. They would not take them back. U Haul says on their web site that they will, but this location will not. They did not give us this warning when we purchased them. They told us that they don’t buy the U Haul brand boxes, but another brand. They also told us that they could not take them back as it was a health hazard for them to do so. I don’t understand where the health hazard is especially if they were not used and they are wardrobe boxes.
You would think there would be some consistency seeing as how they are representing U Haul. We have kept the boxes and will not use this location again.
