I have frequented this Qdoba location for years. I was disappointed with this visit. The lobby has spilled water in various spots, napkins and receipts litter the floor, and the food was missing the spark of fresh taste. What ever is happening to this location, they need to get it together or I won’t be back.

Great location with plenty of outdoor seating. I’m a fan of a quick bite from Qdoba, and with the convenience of this location, it’s one of my favorite place to pop in when I want fast food. But fast food in no way means unhealthy! Customize your meal(be it taco, burrito, bowl or salad) to make sure that taste buds and waistline stay happy while you get your fix of Mexican-esque food. Service is hit or miss(but not a big deal since the most interaction with employees is when you’re going through the line), but usually is pretty fast when I’ve gone. There is enough seating indoors that I’ve never had a problem finding a place to sit here. When the weather is nice, though, I prefer to be outside. Situated at the corner of Eastern Parkway and Bardstown Rd, it’s a great location to watch the world go by. Some nights there is even live music, which adds to the fun factor.

The bathroom requires a code. You may have to wait in a line 33 people deep to get the code to use the restroom. Not customer friendly.

Qdoba is probably in my top 5 for favorite restaurants. This location, and the Poplar level locations are the best I’ve ever been to. There was one employee in particular who you can tell goes above and beyond job requirements. If he is not a manager, he should be. It’s a shame I forgot to ask his name. I ordered a coffee today, it tasted great and was only $ 1.59. Every time I come here, I get a chicken queso burrito. I’ve noticed that some people at different locations have trouble balancing out the burritos, but employees at this location have perfected ratios when it comes to burrito-making. I love this Qdoba and it captures the Highlands atmosphere. Will I be back? Duh.

Just visited here and their credit card program wasn’t working, which I understands happens. However we watched the customer in front of us just be given his meal of almost a $ 20 order while ours sat there getting colder by the minute while they continued to try getting their system to work. We finally were able to pay with our card only to be told they’d remake our food if needed, why not just give it to us when it was ready since that is what was done for the guy in front of us??? Then the dining room was very dirty and the sweet tea was empty. When the cashier was notified the tea was empty she merely stated she forgot to add sugar. She them went over and come to realize she hadn’t even made it. And no tea was fixed while I sat throughout dinner waiting for it to get done. I finally settled on soda which I didn’t want. Much better qdoba’s elsewhere and will not frequent this one anytime soon. Thumbs down by far.

Qdoba now has a token coin bathroom lock. So what does that mean? Every time you need to use the restroom you have to get a token coin from the cashier before you can pee. No I’m not kidding. This is ridiculous. Looks like I’ll never be boozing at the Doba in the Highlands ever again.

For me, Qdoba is one of those quick comfort foods that never disappoints. The prices aren’t much more than you would pay for taco bell, and the lack of indigestion afterwards justifies the small difference. The meats and veggies honestly taste better than half of the«real» Mexican places around town but don’t expect farm fresh. The Bardstown Road location is always hopping and is great for people watching. Feel free to walk down the strip to work off some of the huge burrito you just ate. The staff is quick and friendly enough. I have no complaints except that I wish there was a bit more variety of styles. That being said, you can build your own by picking out toppings and sauces, but premade styles are a bit lacking. Just be ready for the carb coma afterwards. Enjoy!

Qdoba breakfast is UNBEATABLE! This 24HR Fri-Sun Qdoba has become a staple in the Highlands. Always an entertaining visit no matter the early morning hour. Breakfast is ONLY served on the weekends from midnight(Friday) — 11:00AM(Sat-Sun). I’m gluten free so I get my burritos naked. Try the chorizo with queso and potatoes. I add verde salsa. ;) As if I wasn’t already a Qdoba zealot — their breakfast menu takes the cake… or well tops my burrito.

24-hours on the weekends to deal with the drunken morons coming and going from the bars in the Highlands(and sometimes myself!). The wait sucks, the staff is awesome, and no one even batted an eye when I rolled in at 5am on a Sunday morning still wearing my outfit, special effects make-up and painted rotted teeth after finishing a shift at the haunted house. A little crowded, a little rowdy, but whatever, right?

Square burritos continue to bum me out. Of their locations around town this one has the best ambience.

I just wanted to praise the late night staff on their patience with the barrage of drunk people wanting burritos. The are always courteous and patient.

One of the best breakfast burritos in town. However the only thing keeping me from giving this place a full 5 stars is their hours. Some of the workers go off the door some go off their 24 hour policy on friday sat and sunday. It gets confusing and frustrating.

Did you know you can get an entire paper bag full of chips for a dollar? Yes please. It’s Qdoba. You know how they roll. The bathroom at this location is pretty consistently nasty.

You get 4 stars for your fresh ingredients and making me a borrito the size of my dome. It should be noted that this particular qdoba has a HUGE dinning room and some outdoor seating. Legit

Qdoba food is always good. This one in my opinion is the best. Maybe it’s because they are always open and always busy. The Qdoba food just tastes better here. Sweet tea = yum yum

I usually stray away from reviewing chains unless someone does something especially well(or poorly). I generally love Qdoba, but after having subpar meals back in Cincinnati recently, I was hesitant to stop by for lunch while on our Louisville road-trip. Lucky for me, our lunch ended up exceeding my expectations. Parking here is ample with both street spaces in the front and a shared private lot in the rear. The restaurant in located in a cute brick shopping«center,» and on a warmer day, they have a nice patio area to eat and soak up the rays. It’s a great location. Of course, I suppose that I could be biased. I’ve always loved this part of Bardstown Road for it’s fun, relaxed, and eclectic vibe. Anyhow, I could sense right as we walked in that the food was going to be better than the Qdoba that I’ve had recently. They had 5 employees working the front line, including a manager supervising the process. Unlike some other locations, they were really on top of things and prepared for any lunch rush. The line moved quickly– just as any fast casual restaurant should. The staff was also super friendly, with smiles all around. Their professionalism totally translated into good food. Toppings on our burritos were ample, and everything was fresh and hot. We didn’t partake because we had a long day ahead of us, but this location even has basic beer selections available. In addition to the great service, the dining room here is huge. It has multiple rooms off of the main dining room that are still very open and bright, but were nice to duck off into with the kids. Even as the lunch crowd started to pile in, it was possible to have a peaceful meal. The one downside we found is that the bathrooms were totally gross. The floors were sticky, and the overall cleanliness was lacking(ashes, toilet paper strewn around, etc.). There was also graffiti all in the stalls and hallway. I like to think we just caught them on a bad day, but given the graffiti and the fact that the restrooms are a bit hidden by the back door, my guess is that they have a problem with some shady loiterers. Hopefully, they find a way to get that straightened out. Overall, as long as you don’t have to hit the little boys or girls rooms, this was a great representative of the Qdoba brand. Exactly how it should be!

And yes people check the facts Chipotle was founded in1993, Qboda wasn’t established until 1995.

PROS: It’s Qdoba, which means it’s better than a burger. They serve beer, and there’s a parking lot, so you don’t have to try to find a spot on Bardstown Road. CONS: It’s not Chipotle. The steak is either not spicy enough or too much. Long lines if you’re around typical lunch-dinner times. If you want a big burrito and you’re in the area, it’s worth it, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

The food is Qdoba food. You’ve probably had it before. It’s not gourmet, but it’s pretty tasty. But you probably already knew that. What sets this location apart is the location and the hours of operation. Their patio at Bardstown and Eastern Parkway is the best location for people watching in the city.(Okay, it might tie the Heine Bros. patio across the street) And on Friday and Saturday, they are open 24 hours. For my money, they have completely surpassed Taco Bell as the preferred purveyor of the 2am burrito.

This is the most popular location of Qdoba in all of Louisville. So popular that they are now open 24 hours Thurs-Sunday. Breakfast now served midnight to 6AM. Thank you. Atmosphere: 5 stars for the patio, 2 stars for the single stall bathroom Food: 5 stars for the chips, 4.5 stars for the built it yourself food No, this is not gourmet food. Yes, it’s better than fast food. Yes, its cheaper than a sit down place. I would have given it 4 stars, but I’m going 5 stars to boost the average. Plus, they sponsored the Fleet Feet 5k at night, which was tons of fun.
