I give this joint one star because no stars is not an option. We reserved a room based on photos posted on their website… VERYDECEPTIVE! We were shocked when we pulled into the parking lot, it was literally right off of the highway and littered with shady characters. We checked in anyway, our room was on the 2nd floor; outside access only(yuck! And no elevator!) the hallways were filthy, the room was even more filthy. The bathroom had hair stuck to the ceiling, there were bugs in the light fixture and a pile of hair, dirt and bugs in the corner behind the door in the bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk and said we will not be staying. We were refunded for 2 of the three nights from Priceline but we still had to pay for the first night! STAYAWAY from this pit, don’t waste your time or money!!!

This place is not bad for the price I paid. Here for a convention and every hotel has raised their rates and I didn’t want to spend $ 125 a night for a room I was only sleeping and cleaning up in. It was relatively clean and you can tell they have been renovation the place. Our room had already been done so glad for that. The AC worked well and the new TV had many channels to chose from. I was a bit worried when we first arrived as all of the power had been out for a while. A transformer or something had blown and it had just been fixed before I checked in. The WiFi had been messed up because of this so it will not be fixed until tomorrow so I don’t know how well it works. If they continue to fix this place up it may move up to 3 stars. Supposed to have an indoor pool but have not seen it yet. I would stay here again but not if the other hotels have their regular rates going.

Clean and decent but overall not the nicest place I’ve stayed for what I paid. It definitely could have been better. The non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, and the AC controls are overly complicated or don’t kick in immediately when making changes. Our room was hot for quite some time. I didn’t try out the WiFi, but the friend I was staying with said the signal was terrible and ended up using her own WiFi hotspot. Also, we never did find what channel HBO was on.

Two stars is the best I could give this hotel experience. We were only staying there for an evening and boy was that just enough. We requested a non-smoking room facing the indoor pool. When we arrived to our room the scent of smoke was very strong. This could have been because these rooms were smoking rooms at some point in time. The room was roughly clean yet once you got into the rest there were black paint marks or pen marks on the wall. The bathroom was fairly small as well. The service people were very friendly but the hotel building is in serious need of some TLC. It appears to be really run down. I can’t say I will be rushing to stay at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel online and hot it cheap around 41.99 per night. Nice place, nice room, nice indoor pool, free Wifii which is a bit slow and okey breakfast. An okey place to rest a night or two.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I chose it based on the price(49.99 nightly) and because it had a heated(ha!) indoor pool, free wi-fi, and an extensive breakfeast buffet. The first thing that went wrong was the piss stains all over one of our double beds. Sick. When I went to the lobby to request a room change, or at least a bedding change, the clerk handed me a new flat sheet. That was it. We changed the sheets ourselves and headed to the pool. The water was ice cold, despite the signs that said it was constantly at 84 degress. Another trip to the service desk to request that the heater be turned on and all she could say was sorry, but it was on. Yeah right. The wi-fi worked fine and we did have HBO(I saw True Blood!) but the breakfast was just so-so. Some busybody employee hovered like a insect around my daughter and I while we made our plates, commenting on just about every move we made. «you need a bigger plate» «you won’t be able to carry all that back the room» Mind your own business grandma. All in all I guess I would stay here again if I was desperate for a cheap room for the night, but don’t expect anything extravagent, like fresh sheets.

This was a miserable, miserable experience. The pool is under renovation but seriously, do they have to make this place look like a scene from a bad horror movie to renovate the pool? The dimwit at the front desk tried to send me to my room without checking me in all because he thought I was with another party. At 1 am? Did I miss the parade through this dank, dusty, yellow police lined lobby in the middle of effing nowhere? Did I? I must have? When he finally checks me in and after he tells me about the dynamic breakfast – no eggs, what’s so dynamic about that – he basically draws me a map that makes me go around the entire effing hotel to get to my room which is oh, by the damn registration desk and also off the highway. If that weren’t bad enough, the drapes don’t close and the white sheets turned curtains are see through. So at first my thought was I am so not sleeping under these sheets and then I realize, because there’s this huge light in the hallway outside my window, that anyone can see me. Better they see me sleep under the sheets and see the couch pushed up against the door. Here I am on nonprofit dollars trying to do the right thing and I’m getting stuck in Saw 2 meets Deliverance, wait isn’t Ned Beatty from Kentucky? No good deed goes unpunished!
