Quiznos

I guess I should’ve read the reviews before going here.
I would like to start off by saying that I apologize that I was hungry and chose to grab a sandwich from this place. I should have stuck to my original plan and picked up a sandwich from Starbucks.
There were two people working this evening. As I walked up one was sweeping the floor and the other just passed through the door to the back room. There was a gentleman that walked up seconds before I did to purchase a water. As he sat there at the register for a few minutes while the girl continued to sweep the floor, I looked over the menu. The gentleman asked the lady, was she the only one working the register because he’d been standing there with no service. She walked to the register while huffing and puffing. I figured they must be about to close so let me hurry and decide, it is almost 7 pm. As I approached the register, the cashier then appeared to be lethargic as she leaned on the register.
«You know what you want?» she asked. No customer service. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years and I couldn’t fathom ever working with or for this young lady. The gentleman that came from the back prepared my sandwich wile listening to the girl complain about her schedule being changed. the man looked at me and pointed to the vegetables and asked me, «what you want?» After he put the requested lettuce on my sandwich he balled the sandwich up in the paper and held it out saying, «here». Never will I ever get anything from this location. If I could give it no stars I would.

I’d recommend this Quiznos to anyone in the Louisville Airport looking for food. I will purchase from this Quiznos again!

Mediocre food and service — they are not doing more than essential in a spot like this.
Prices are high for the type of food and quality, but it’s airport prices of course.
Was surprised that I would actually enjoy Subway sandwiches way over what Quiznos delivers here. Eatable however, but I never expect much in airport restaurants.

Horrible careless scummy dressed servers with completely empty drink coolers except for the $ 4.99 arctic water. Nasty servers with no skills and zero customer care. Horrible disgusting rude.

The food is mediocre. The service is about the same. As with most airport restaurants they are way over priced. I honestly can see why the Quiznos on the west coast have closed an slowed down. Subway is better and that is not a compliment.
