The location sucks, as it relates to getting there and getting in and out of the parking lot.
But the staff has always been very helpful when I have gone in, finding me exactly what I need, trying to get me the best deal, and getting things taken care of in a timely manner.

So here’s my frustrating update:
The other day, I went in for a cord for my MP3 player. Not being someone who sucks at the teat of Steve Jobs, I do not have an iPod. Because I don’t own an iPod, Radioshack does not serve me. They have a couple dozen chords for iPods, but none for any other brand.
I know this because I walked the store for about 15 minutes without any of the employees even once acknowledging that I was there. It was like I put on my invisible pants that morning…
