Set you expectations up front and you won’t be disappointed. It is also good when you call to schedule your appointment to talk about what you want done, and what level, so they bring the right equipment. We had two houses cleaned — the first one we weren’t as specific and it was just ok. I negotiated the price down(short hallways don’t count as an ‘area’) and Wayne went through the motions fairly fast. Told us ahead of time that some of the stains may not come out due to the type of carpet and the type of stain. We had to request the pre-vaccum and the carpets were a more damp then we expected. Gave them another chance to get it right at the second house and set clear expectations that we wanted more than just a ‘maintenance’ cleaning. They worked to please us and went through extra steps to make sure we were happy. We had to negotiate the price down again — from 5 areas to 3 and requested that everything be cleaned to the edges, pre-vacuum to get up cat hair and double suction at the end to get as dry as possible. They did a great job — would have been 4 stars except for the first house. He did analyze the dirt from the first house and stated that there were pesticides in the carpet(house we just purchased). Evidently they do this on each job so they can tell you what they pulled out and found — yuck! Bottom line — negotiate price, set expectation before they begin work and if you can’t agree then call someone else. If you can reach an agreement, you won’t be disappointed.
