This hotel is clean and convenient. Breakfast bar is fine, coffee meh. I would stay again if needed.

This is an «indoor» Residence Inn, meaning it’s like a regular hotel with elevators and hallways. Because it’s like a real hotel, the floors are pretty well insulated, I couldn’t hear anyone anywhere, which was great.(Right now I’m in a Residence Inn and I can hear my upstairs«neighbor» walking around, so I appreciate the sound proofing!) During my one week stay there were two(false) fire alarms. Somewhat annoying, especially since a woman waiting outside with me said it’s happened a few times already this month. Place is clean, the microwave is a little older, but worked fine. I agree with the other review that the TV left a little to be desired, both in quality and number of stations.(I don’t normally watch TV in my hotel, but when I’m staying for a week and making my own dinners, I’ll put the tube on.) My room was on the back side of the hotel(on the Courtyard Marriott side) and there was such a bright light right outside the room that it was nearly daylight all night, even with the blackout curtains. That was somewhat frustrating, so see if you can get a room on the front of the hotel. The sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged and drained slowly, but that’s easily fixed. The fireplace was on a timer, which is probably awesome in the winter, but I didn’t need in April.

I have stayed here over a month so far. The staff is great. Breakfast is good. The dinners include real food and beer.

quality and service have declined greatly. The beds are not comfortable, my family had a hard time sleeping the entire week we were there. The vent blows right over the bed, so you have a choice of either being hot or cold, but not comfortable. The breakfast isn’t good,…I really can’t think of one good thing about this place. There are several other hotels in the area.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for two weeks during a recent work trip to Kentucky. This was my first visit to a Residence Inn. First the pros: the room was clean, and it was certainly nice to have a full-sized fridge and a mini-kitchen complete with dishwasher. The hotel also had a small indoor pool, a decent free breakfast, and an adequate workout room. And now to the cons: The A/C unit in my room was right near the bed, and woke me up when it kicked on in the middle of the night. The free wi-fi internet was slow and almost unusable at peak times. The TV in my room was an old-school tube television, and the channel selection absolutely sucked. Normally, having good TV access in a hotel room is kind of an afterthought. But when you’re staying in a room for two weeks, having some cable options becomes much more desirable, and Residence Inn let me down in this department. All in all, this place wasn’t bad, but I would have liked to see some of the more modern technological amenities that are common in other hotels I’ve stayed at.
