Rev-A-Shelf

We have purchased quite a few rev-​a-​shelf drawer accessories and cabinet pullouts for our home renovation. Whether we purchased these products from a retailer or directly from rev-a-shelf’s website, each item has been constructed in a very high quality way, have lasted through many uses of pulling them in and out of cabinets and have been easy to install.
Technical support has been well-​informed, very helpful and courteous.
But what makes rev-​a-​shelf really stand out is our latest experience. We ordered some file folder frames. The measurement on the website said 14″ wide. When they arrived, they were 15″ wide. I called to say they would not fit into the drawers. Without hesitation, Allison in customer service politely said, «I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I have just credited back to your credit card the 4 file folder frames as well as your shipping charges. We will call back shortly when we have arranged to have the units picked up from your home.»
