I ordered a kitchen cart. Unfortunately missing from the order were the screws to attach the granite top. These are not your everyday screws. I called DMI and left two separate messages. A customer service rep from Walmart called them as well. DMI did not return the calls. Poor, poor customer service.

Ordered a kitchen cart with a granite top six weeks ago. Top arrived damaged. They have now sent three replacement tops… ALLFOURDAMAGED! They claim they don’t usually have this problem so they keep sending new ones-packed the same, shipped the same, with the same result. I’m now waiting for a response from the President of the company to get his take on the situation.
