Sport Clips

I went to get a haircut and was 5^th in line… no big deal. They called a name… no response… called the next name… no response, finally called the next guy and he went back. This happened twice, apparently the two names being called couldn’t wait so they left. After the second time I though great 2 people have gone back I’m 3 back on the list now. Then 2 guys walk in, yep the two guys that could wait around and got skipped, one of the young ladies greeted them both and told them they would be next, wait… how? I asked her why I would be skipped if they chose to leave, she said oh no worries you won’t be skipped. Guess what?, next barber available called one of them and skipped everyone else that chose to stick around. So I was back to 5^th in line… will not do business here and encourage everyone to stay away. Customer service should mean something and unless you know one of the girls you don’t get it. Stay away

First time at a Sport Clips ever, and I have to say it was spectacular. I was welcomed upon walking in and watched some PTI on ESPN until they could get me in. I was automatically upgraded to the MVP cut (cut, hot towel, shampoo, massage) because it was my first time there. The cut was just how I wanted it and the customer service was top notch. I’ll be back!

I like this place. A regular haircut at a fair price.
