Great service. The stylists are very talented. I’ve never had a bad haircut. I think Katie is probably my favorite stylist. She seems to know exactly what I want.
The wait is usually somewhere in between 20 – 40 minutes. Not too bad, considering that they’re usually busy. I’ve never walked in and not had to wait.
I think the triple play is the best value. For $ 20, you get a haircut and a shampoo w/​scalp massage. I do not think the shoulder massage you get with the MVP is worth the extra $ 3.
I don’t know what the issue is — there seems to be high turnover with the stylists. The owner must not pay them well or something. Either way — good place to get a haircut. Not a great value, but not bad either. If it were a couple dollars cheaper, I’d give it five stars.

Excellent service and no wait on a Saturday! My stylist was super nice and the scalp massage was outstanding. Great value.
