Staples the Office Superstore

So show up for pick of sign and B-​cards to find out that there not ready. The told to come back in an hour. Come back and still not done. If you place an order for anything then don’t expect any service.

Recently I went to Staples on Dixie Highway to purchase a desk and some school supplies. The staff there was very helpful, taking the desk and bookshelf I decided on to the checkout area so I could finish shopping. The gentlement who had been helping me select my furniture helped m get everything in the car and was about to go back in the store when i discovered that I couldn’t find my car keys.
We looked in my car, he removed my purchases from the trunk, looked around, and re-​packed them. He even went back in the store looking for them. He came back to my car got on the ground in the parking lot and looked under my car! After 20 minutes of searching we finally found them in a bag of supplies.
This gentlemen truly went above and beyond on the customer service spectrum and I will be back soon

I love Staples! It’s one of my favorite places to go. I have a slight obsession with office supplies, so as you can imagine, I have lots of fun there. The staff has always been friendly!
My only complaint is that I’m not fond of their rewards card. It doesn’t give you very good deals. I happen to spend quite a bit at Staples on a regular basis & haven’t seen any ‘rewards’ from using the rewards card. Kind of a bummer, but I will still shop at Staples.

In the Dixie Hwy area, this is THE one and only office supply store.
It’s somewhat hard not to go to this store for office supplies in this part of town since there really is no competition. I guess you could consider some other discount department stores as being competition, but with the limited selection, they don’t really compare.
Now, even if there was competition, I’d probably still visit this Staples. The layout is very organized, the store is bright & clean, and the service is friendly. You can’t go wrong here. Price is very competitive.
