If there was a negative 1 star for the service these people try to provide customers, I certainly would give it that. It’s robbery at its best. Went in to get my haircut and it’s nothing remotely close to what I’ve gotten before. The fade is not a fade, and the attempt at a bald taper is a joke. I should have read the reviews before going in. Only had 30 minutes during my lunch time and figured it was the closest shop I can go to, but I’d rather just cut my own hair with a cheap pair of clippers. At this point, I probably could have done a better job. Some advice, DO NOT come here and wait until after work to go to your favorite shop with your favorite barber or stylist.

I got exactly what I paid for: no wait, a fast hair-​cut, and most importantly a good haircut. I didn’t know supercuts used the warm towels on your head after hair cuts but that was just an added bonus. It was great.

There is nothing to say other than this will forever be the worst experience I’ve ever had and likely ever will. I went in hoping for a cheap, quick trim and eyebrow wax. My hair was unceremoniously chopped off by several inches though I specifically asked for a trim. Not only that, it was not even straight it was crooked and uneven.
My wax was painful beyond belief with the technician having to wax and rewax three times to finish. I asked after the second wax to just go and forget about it but was blocked from leaving and told she would get it the next time. It left red welts on my face that burned like hell!
I hated the way I looked and immediately left and went to a nice salon to get everything fixed. I’ll never make that mistake again. From now on, I’ll only go to a reputable salon and not some cheap hack jobber.
