Bad service!!! High prices and don’t accept shipments with your own UPS account number. Had to lift the heavy cases on their counter.

Well, it’s a UPS store, so it’s not like anything I say will be that revelatory…
That said, I did have a good experience here. I’m not a shipper, usually, so I walked in there looking for a lot of help. I basically said «I have this shipping label and this jewelry box. Make it go where it needs to.» The guy helping me boxed it up in the appropriate thing and had me out of there in just a few minutes. I can’t complain one bit about it.

I can honestly say this is the first UPS Store I have visited which the clerk was helpful and did not act like she was mad to have a job.
