I have never written a negative review before but this store has such terrible customer service that I am compelled to let others know.
I dropped off a print job and was quoted 9 cents a copy. When I came in they told me the price was actually 18 cents a copy. When I said I’ll make the copies myself instead and was planning on leaving they informed me I had to pay a price that was not even quoted to me or they were going to hold my personal property! So basically I was expected to pay a price that was double what was quoted and I had no option to refuse the copies or they were going to steal my personal property.
Outrageously terrible customer service!
