If you are looking for quintessential Southern chic inspired gifts, you have found your place. Urban Farmhouse Market has the most unique gifts for your kitchen, dining room, home décor, and jewelry. My favorite Louisville gifts have come from this store, with mentions of the Louisville neighborhoods, and fleur de lis on various items to adorn your home. My latest favorite Christmas find is the Fleur de Lis ornament with multiple names of various neighborhoods on it. It is so adorable. So if you are looking for a unique, beautiful gift for Christmas, you should definitely check this place out.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! You’re really doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stop in to check it out. It’s the perfect blend of rustic meets chic and classy. They have some really great(READ: local) products and it’s in the perfect location on Frankfort Avenue. The only reason this charming little store isn’t getting a 5-star review from me is due to the price of many items. It’d be so easy to spend a lot of money in here. But, in the end it would be so worth it to display some of their amazing décor!

Like its name suggests, Urban Farmhouse Market bridges the divide. It’s goods are rural chic — yet not shabby chic — but they also fit in well in an urban abode. Think French rooster and hen motifs on nice linen, not pink gingham tablecloths with lace. And this helps explain why I am hardly the only customer in the store during my visits. On my most recent trip I was especially drawn to a cute set of custom made headbands and necklaces — locally made, of course. They also have several items that would fit well in my kitchen, like tea towels with clever sayings, along with fun signs, greeting cards, pillows and candles. The shop is small yet chock full of vintage-inspired goodness. The prices are a bit steep. I fully admit this. The headband I almost took home with me was about $ 25, if I’m remembering correctly. But even if some of the items are out of your price range, Urban Farmhouse is a great spot to stop and peruse and perhaps get some ideas for DIY projects. Still I usually find something stylish to bring home with me.
