Usually pharmacy service is ok, but lately it has been getting worse. Either staff better or train better. Not sure the location convenience is worth it anymore.

This pharmacy has been the most consistently good customer service experience for me for years. The staff is caring and efficient. When I have had any issues they have worked hard to bring about resolution while showing me respect and concern. If I could give these folks more stars i would without reservation. There are closer and cheaper stores but as long as I receive this level of service I’m not changing. Thank you!

Why not to visit this Walgreens? Yesterday some friends of mine were collecting money for the Animal Care Society. This is a no kill shelter that relies heavily on donations to stay afloat. This Walgreens was located on the corner of Bardstown Road and Trevillian Way. I was disturbed to get a call from my friends asking me if Walgreens had the right to ask them to remove their signs «off the sidewalk» because they didn’t want the signs there and they weren’t in support of Animal Care Society. My friends moved the signs even though they didn’t have to and continued their collection efforts. I will no longer use this Walgreens, or most likely any Walgreens going forward. This manager should have had more sense than to ask someone to move a sign off public property. Walgreens has lost my business.
