This is by far the worse Wal-Mart in the Louisville region. Employees are rude. Management is even worse. Lead by example I guess. Receiving its God awful. Expects the vendors to do their job then will not do theirs. I would recommend finding a different Wal-Mart in the area

I dislike this Walmart. Unfortunately, it’s the only one close to me. The only upside is that they put in new U-scans so now the lines aren’t as bad as they used to be. The customer service is just terrible. Every time I call up there to ask about something or talk to a manager the person says«ok» then hangs up on me. It’s just incredibly rude and I can’t stand it. The younger cashiers are always rude and use vulgar language. I hope they improve.

Customer service is a joke. Order site to Store no one was willing to help. Lady we asked didn’t want to ask for someone to come help us. She Finally did after I ask more than once.

I usually go to the Wal-Mart in new Albany, Indiana. But today I went looking for Archway Cashew Nougat Cookies. They didn’t have them, but I found tons of other goodies for a reasonable price. The cashier was really nice and patient. The store was clean and i didn’t see any spills laying around on the floor. It was really busy and they had almost every lane open. If you live close this is the Wal-Mart super center for you.

Terrible even by Wal-Mart standards. After 10 pm, 2 lanes open. That’s it. Cashiers are rude beyond anything I’ve ever seen. On my last trip the cashier gave me my total, I paid and she started cussing under her breath. I asked what was wrong, she replied nothing and gave me my receipt. Turns out she was cussing because she left a few of my items on the belt and never rang them up so she was going to have to checkout another order for me. Mistakes happen but the irritating part is that she wasn’t going to tell me! Never buy groceries there. Never. The last time we tried, we found several items expired(by weeks, not days) and the produce is disgusting. Avoid if you can. Unfortunately we don’t have many options in this part of town so they continue to get business they must definitely do not deserve. I wish I could give ½ star…

This Walmart is horrible! It never fails, they are always out just ONE thing I go for. Their selection is nowhere near as good as other stores either. The only reason I continue to go is for the convenience and it’s cheaper.

As a previous reviewer stated, they have quite a few lines, but only a few open usually. When you first arrive, you’ll usually find lots of employees outside sitting and smoking or just chillin, while there’s nothing wrong with that in itself, when you have a store full of costumers waiting in one or maybe two lines, it’s just downright silly. A lot of the time you’ll see younger employees riding on those carts that are meant for the elderly or handicap, and I’m not talking about just taking them inside the store, they literally ride them all around the store out of laziness, I’ve seen it too many times. The costumer service could use lots of work too, you’ll have to wait if you need assistance, because they either take their sweet time, don’t care, outside or just under staffed. Whatever the reason, it’s annoying and frustrating. And when you do finally get someone, most of the time they seem rude.

This is not a great Walmart center or even an good one. They have around 17 or so checkout lines. No matter what time of the day or what day of the week you shop at the location, there are maybe three lines open. I’m talking even during the heavy holiday shopping months too. Not only that you can tell the entire store is under staffed simply because the store is so dirty. And please do not expect perfect service from the staff. I’m not saying all, but the ones I have dealt with are very rude. Trust me, drive a little farther to Kmart or Meijer’s on Dixie Hwy for your
