Walmart Supercenter

I would highly recommend not going to this Walmart. I do not like going to Walmart as it is but sometimes you just have to go you know. I went there to have one photo printed off through the Insta print machine. Should have been an easy thing to do. Well I could not have been more wrong. Neither of the cords coming out of the machines worked. Me and my wife had to go back out into the car to get her charger cable to plug into the machine. Then she goes off to shop for some Christmas presents and I stay to finish the printing. After I printed off the picture I stood in line waiting. The person in front of me was called in to come and pick up their pictures but the staff could not find them. 10 minutes later the staff gave up and said sorry they can’t find the pictures. When I got up there I asked for a envelope to put the picture in and for the white part of the picture to be cut off. The associate at the counter said he did not work in that department and couldn’t help me. I said ok not a big deal. I went up front to pay and that’s when it really takes a turn for the worst. I hand the picture and the ticket to the associate to check out. The ticket did not have a barcode on it and the associate said he could not ring me up without a barcode. I said I did not have a barcode for it and wasn’t given a ticket with one. He then starts with the attitude. I explained to him that I do not work there and I could print out my own ticket that this was the ticket I was given. He then tells me I will have to go find a manager and have them print it out for me. Why have the Insta print machines open if know one knows how to work them. I handed him the photo and said to shred it because I’m not wasting more time trying to find a manager to print a 2 dollar photo. I then went to target it to print it off and it to 5 minutes with checkout with much friendlier associate. I will not be going back to that Walmart and will be giving all my business to target.

All Walmart’s suck. So when I tell you this one sucks the most you know that’s really saying something. The selection at this Walmart sucks. There will be maybe 2 lanes open and self serve stations never work right. No super Walmart here either with the extras. Took 10 minutes to buy a banana and an apple at the self service station. Staff member came to help me pushed the same button I did three times then told someone else to help. Also the parking lot sucks. One way and then another way and guess what I pulled up into my spot so I’m going to wrong way. Not a huge deal but don’t super appreciate the cart guy trying to flag me to turn around when there isn’t any room. Again, there’s a target down the road. Just sayin.

This was absolutely the worst Walmart I have ever had the displeasure of shopping in! People were rude all the way from the service desk to the customer service manager. There are plenty more Walmarts in Louisville, choose a different one, or better yet, shop at target.
