Skip the store at Jefferson Mall and head over to the one at Mall of St Matthews. Far better staff that will take the time to explain every detail and a far better experience! They happily processed my return in just minutes and gave me a quick lesson on rubies and garnets. Exceptional staff!!!

Great ring selections, though they are dwindling their display stock. Customer service is terrible. I question my shopping there every time due to rude and unfriendly CSR’s. Not to mention the lack of knowledge on their products they carry. You better have an item # handy from the site is all I can say. They don’t even know the item numbers on the ones on display!
I love the location and the few good products they do carry, but am waiting for them to up their customer service game.
