The very best salad I have eaten from any commercial establishment. I had the Zaxby’s Zing Zalad. I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to the next visit to Zaxby’s.

Top Notch «Fast» Food!
I’ve been to several different locations and tried different meals and Zaxby’s has never let me down! The food is not greasy, you can find healthier foods on the menu compared to other restaurants and the staff is so nice! Kudos!

This location is just terrible. I’ve received a couple soggy sandwiches from them and then the salad today had barely any lettuce in it with the toppings. I’ve given them multiple chances and today is the last straw. Get it together Zaxby’s and have better quality food at ALL of your locations.

Zaxby’s is a pretty polarizing place. I’m not sure why.
* It’s clean.
* The people are nice enough.
* The food is better than standard fast food.
I don’t know what else you could want.
The thing they have going for them is that they sell wings. That’s a neat feature in a fast food place. And it’s my go to. My wife, on the other hand, loves the salads and the chicken sandwich.
Honestly, it’s fast food. So it’s only going to be so good. But it’s better than any other fast food place out there, for the most part.

Typical fast food. A little overpriced.
The service was beyond friendly. Not use to that from fast food workers on average.
Chicken tenders were decent. Fries below average. Good cole slaw.
I would have rated this 2 stars but the service was sooooooo nice.

I ate at Zaxby’s yesterday. The Buffalo chicken tenders, fries, and Texas Toast were hot and tasted very good. I also loved the nuclear dipping sauce. My fiancé had the Cobb Zalad. She said it was very good too. The staff seemed very friendly and courteous. An associate also brought our order to our table when we missed hearing our number called. All in all, a good value and good dining experience. We will be back.

Very disappointed. The fried pickles were a joke and I didn’t like the wings at all. My husband tried the strips and they were worse than any other strips he had tried. We will not be going back.

Had the Chicken wings, very over cooked, the fried spicy mushrooms were a joke. So 5 wings 1 side and a small drink cost $ 10.00 and change. Needless to say I will never return
