This business is now dba One Locksmith. Ray Caldwell was amazing! The ignition cylinder in my teen’s older Ford Focus froze (a very common issue due to poorly designed ignition cylinder). I ordered a new one on line ($ 35 delivered AND keyed to my car just by emailing a photo to Fradon Lock in Syracuse, NY) and Ray had the old one out and new one installed in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonable – I spent less than a third of the cost that Heritage/​Loveland Ford wanted ($ 360), if I paid to have it towed there first. (Spradley Barr was even worse – they wanted double that!)
