Friendly and accommodating staff, the people get 5 stars, the room 3 stars. Some maintenance issues, but for one nights sleep it does the trick. Convenient to Johnson’s Corner – home of famous cinnamon rolls – if you care to OD on sugar.

Much cleaner than I“d expected. My issues with this motel were the broken toilet seat. got a pinch on my bum, the leaky cold water faucet, and the non-working fridge. I totally appreciated that it was pet friendly, had a comfy bed, great shower pressure, and a killer view of the Rockies.

Stayed here for a few days recently and the service was very hospitable and friendly. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is just because of the age of the hotel, but I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay on a road trip.

We were traveling through CO in our RV. Our trip was disrupted by a mechanical issue that could not be resolved for at least a week. Frantic calls to various motels in the area were futile as all were booked with summer travelers. Rhonda at this motel juggled her bookings and found us a room for the week. She was very friendly and appreciative of our circumstances. Our room was very clean but a bit dated. We had a large jacuzzi tub and a king bed. Wifi was not great, but TV was fine. Plus, the price was about half of what we were finding at the chain motels. There is a truck stop within walking distance and the restaurant there is pretty good. The cinnamon rolls were wonderful.
