The last several visits have been a horrible experience. They have run out of products, but don’t remove it from the bill. Appetizers(nachos) that take 30+ minutes to get to the table when there is only one or two tables occupied in the dining room, cold wings on multiple occasions. Wings that come out before the appetizer we intentionally waited an extra 10 minutes to order our meal). Wait staff horse playing in the dining area. We tend to eat at a BW3 at least once per week. Going forward we will be going to the Greeley or Fort Collins location.

At 11PM, the restaurant looks closed from the outside. Guess they black the windows out? It took 30 minutes to prepare a large to-go order, which was expected, so I waited at the bar with a cold beer. The waitress took her time to double check our ticket and open each food item to ensure satisfaction and completion of the order. REALLY appreciated that. Other than that, typical BWW wings. (Having trouble? I like the Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, and a mix of spicy garlic and parmesan garlic.)

Fantastic experience last night in part by our wonderful server, Lexi! Despite how busy it was for football and then eventually for the UFC193 Pay per view, she was on her game. Very attentive, and not just with us but with the other tables she was serving. I have never had such an awesome Server experience and Honestly, never ever thought it would be at a BWW. You go girl! My husband and I will be coming back to this BWW location to watch upcoming UFC bouts and hopefully we will be seating in her section.

Disorganized wait staff, order for 5 guys trickled one at a time, with them forgetting last guests order.

Cold wings, warm beers, bad attitudes and horrible service. Wait staff spends more time playing on their phones or smoking out back(yes– they stink) than assisting their customers. We sat waiting for menus for more than 10 minutes in a half empty BWW while waitresses took selfies Our waitress finally dropped off menus during a dash and drop and couldn’t be bothered with asking what we wanted to drink Finally ordered after more than 30 minutes Waited another 20 minutes for cold wings to go along with that warm beer Delivering food but not bothering to bring silverware or napkins Only gave one star because you can’t give zero Skip this location

Standard Buffalo Wild Wings experience, nothing is ever bad, and nothing is ever fantastic. Service is generally pretty good, and it was here. I admit I’m a bit of a wing whore, so I go many places to eat wings. And I know I’ll always get decent safe, but tasty, wings from BWW, and they have a good selection of sauces & dry rubs. However my biggest dig on them is really the wings almost look like the come off of cornish game hens, not chickens. O’well… still tasty.

They got rid of buffalo chips… wtf! Maybe if BWW would stop being so corporate then eating here would be the pleasurable experience it used to be. They got rid of a few signature sauces as well. I’d give them one star if it weren’t for the fact that staff here was very nice and remorseful about the menu cuts, apparently they are some kind of test location.

Wonderful experience. Great customer service. We ordered dessert and it got delayed so Melissa the manager took it off our bill. Very nice of them. Great food and super service. We will be back. Our server was really excellent as well. Thanks again. I had the Spicy Cuban Chicken sandwich, sooooo yummy! My fav now!

The bad: 1. Every time I get a beer here, I wonder where the first two sips went. And what is «a two finger pour» anyway? Cause I’ve never heard a name for short-pouring until BWW invented it. So yes, they actually have a name for ripping off their customers. And it is their policy! 2. The service at the bar is atrocious. The fugly, angry hippo that OFTEN works behind the bar is criminally rude. I have witnessed her ordering«a friend of hers» as they described themselves later, literally shove a customer in the back after she told him to.(The victim was sitting at the table next to me). No kidding. Evidently, she didn’t like him. The crazy part was the customer was then escorted out for«creating a disturbance». He was there with his family and he seemed like a nice guy and didn’t appear to do anything that I could see. It was very weird. Under no circumstances will I go back there. We have not been back in 2 years now, and I’m sure there were a dozen tables around us that were equally disturbed. The good: It’s sad, cause the wings aren’t bad. Overall: I’ll come back when all I want to drink is half a beer and all I really want to remember is customers being harassed by the staff! Yep, that’s when I’ll be back.

We work nearby so went yesterday for lunch. Restaurant was only half full but food took more than an hour, was cold when it arrived, and waitress got much more wrong than right. Also spilled ranch on the carpet near our table and it wasn’t touched when we left 2 hours later. I won’t go back. Overpriced for crap food and even crappier service.

You guys are killing me! I love this place but am about done with it… Kacey and Jana are amazing waitresses and that is the only reason you get a 2 star rating! My last 4 visits went like this: Mens restroom closed due to a broken toilet that was going to take several hours to fix, 1.5 hours to get food, not showing UFC fights anymore(182) and now no internet till March(REALLY???). Used to be such a great place: o(

First off, those Garlic Parmeesan Wings are purely HEAVEN!!! MUSTHAVE… ok got that out of the way… Whether busy or quiet, the servers are always friendly, orders come in on good time. The atmosphere is great, whether watching TV or playing on the tablets they have, everyone has something to do while the food is cooking. Place is very accommodating too, one guest we had found his Medium Heat Buffalo Wings too hot(if you’re reading this, you’re a big wuss: P) and after a complaint to the waiter, they replaced with the mild wings at no charge, SWEET!!! In short they’ll always get my business :-)

These wings taste like cheap pizza chain style wings. Soggy mushy texture :-(. The franchise as a whole should not make wings!

We eat at a couple of bw3’s by out home all the time. By far the worst service we have received yet. Maybe they were understaffed for a Sunday at 6:30 but we were seated right away so that was the only positive. Ordered chips and salsa and pretzels as appetizers all came out timely and good. Then about 20 minutes later we were told they are out of the mini corn dogs our son ordered and so we had to change his order. We finally get our order delivered and the boneless wings are cold. They put in a new order of wings to replace the cold ones. Then the manager comes by to apologize and says we won’t have to pay for the wings. We tell him thanks for handling. 30 minutes later we finally get the bill and although they credited the corn dogs they charged for 3 orders or boneless wings instead of 1. They did take care of it once brought to their attention although not a great experience.

I’ve been eating here since opening day and I agree that it does offer a decent amount of bad service! In fact, I don’t remember of a time where the waitstaff did an acceptable job serving my family. If you can make it past the urine and beer stench on your way to your table without losing your lunch, you’re ready to watch the floor show. Slow, rude, forgetful and non-caring management are ready to take your money. Don’t get me wrong, I love wings. And these wings are actually good… …when they are freshly made. …when you get them on time. …when your order is correct. …when your server cares. FYI… Seems way overpriced for a wing place. $ 27.00 for lunch for one adult & one child, no alcohol. Really?!? An awesome place to take your new trainees and show them what a restaurant looks like when it’s badly managed.

2 out of 5 stars because 2 of the 5 times I’ve been there were ok, the rest were horrible. I work nearby and coworkers suggest it, otherwise I would never return. One time, after waiting an hour for food, and having the manager comp our meal, we STILL weren’t handed our meal until we were walking out the door. Today, after informing our waiter of a time crunch(and only one other table was occupied so it wasn’t busy) it still took 40 minutes for the food(which was cold) to come. Then the waiter disappeared with the cash and checks, which had been printed incorrectly, and took FOREVER to return. And for a place with Wings in the name I’d expect better quality from the wings.

I wish you could dislike other people’s reviews because Kirsten A or whatever is an idiot! It’s Buffalo Wild Wings! It’s about loud sports and beer and hot wings(which are delicious by the way). It’s not somewhere to go have a lovely candlelight dinner and have a conversation about how ridiculous you are. Anyway. Great Food, Great Beer, Great Staff! Nuff said

This place was a nice stop after a concert nearby. I ordered the bahama mama and it was so good! It’s like a malibu baybreeze but with vodka too to give it an extra kick! My boyfriend had some beers on tap, and their selection was really extensive. The wings were good, as we assumed, and the fries were nice and crispy and hot. The only thing I didn’t like, and I’d advise not to order, is the mac and cheese. It tasted kind of like a microwaved lean cuisine, kind of soupy. Other than that everything was great, the price was right, and our bartender Chris was really nice and helpful!

I quite like BWW and always have. I was very excited when one came to Loveland. I was even more excited when I realized after my 3rd visit that this one has consistently better food and better service than the ones that are in Fort Collins and Longmont! Gotta love the hot BBQ wings and their chicken sandwiches… That’s what I usually get! They have many tasty foods that you can combine with their sauces too. Its easy to make your own creation with all the sauces and options they have! Go on Tuesdays and wings are cheaper!!! Oh and be prepared… This place is freaking LOUD. Tons of TV’s and sports and stuff inside!
