Because of the poor quality of people .lack of privacy… and the crummy attitude of the management on my last visit, I have moved most everything from this CU to 2 other CUS but I still have an account there with minimum funds and I found that i needed to stop in…
I was pleased to see that they had done some work to make privacy a little better … and the young man who actually lives in Loveland that helped me was a great teller… And as I watched him and the other Teller they both did a good job… far better than my last experience. Unfortunately the head teller/manager type lady who was on the phone in the teller area was less than professional and kept interrupting the tellers with comments about some personal conversation she was having on the phone…
Elevations you have improved a bit but you are a long way from treating Loveland like you do Boulder…

I had the pleasure of refinancing my home through this credit union. The agent (Laurie) was awesome to work with. She gave me very objective and professional advice that saved me money and got the job done on a critical timeline. I have also worked with tellers and other staff that were friendly, fast, and just refreshingly helpful.
