Fountains of Loveland

Saul was amazing! I will put every wedding I have in his hands! His staff was very nice and well trained, very professional. The food was even better than the day of my tasting, my entire family raved over it!

The Fountains at Loveland have been very accommodating preparing for my sister’s wedding. They offered a lot of their resources to us and helped us stay within my sister’s wedding budget.

I Can not Imagine putting my wedding into the hands of these people. Let me tell you my experience. I was speaking with Charlie, Who apparently also has a lot of good feedback somehow from people, but managed to fail miserably at all costs for me. Charlie and I had been emailing back and forth and decided she would be available to show me around the venue on a tour I had SCHEDULED with her, for this past Wednesday, August 13^th. I still have her confirmation email saying, «sounds great! see you then»…well guess what I drove all the way from boulder, took off work early, to make it on time to our tour and was expected to be shown around by Charlie. When my mother, Fiancé and I arrived, there was nobody around. And I mean NOBODY. We were even sitting in her office where she was supposed to be! I tried calling, it rang straight to the desk we were sitting at. Where the heck was she??? After 20 minutes of waiting, and nobody having a clue where she was, we left. (but first I wrote her a note and attached it to her computer stating I had been there, and where was she?)Extremely disappointed and upset. I was looking forward to the tour and was extremely let down. This is so unprofessional. When I schedule an appointment with somebody, I expect them to be there when and where they say. After all, aren’t they the ones who should be trying to win me over so I pick their venue? I shouldn’t have to search the property and ask where Charlie is. After we had left, I emailed Charlie stating how upset I was, She had the nerve to reply saying she had been there all day since 8, and did we look around or ask anyone for her. She made me feel like I did something wrong, accusing me of being. idk too“stupid” to find her because like she aid she had been on site all day… Well, if this was the case, shouldn’t she have answered the phone at her desk i was sitting at when i called? Or why would I have left a note on her computer if she was there the whole time. Absolutely unbelievable. This is such a shame, I cant imagine putting my actual wedding into the hands of these unorganized, unprofessional people. This was a TOUR. a first impression, and the service I have received at Fountains of Loveland made my decision that much easier. DO NOT BOOK HERE, unless you want to be stressed, and worried the whole time up til your wedding, wondering if things will run smoothly. Save your time and money! Please take my advice.
