Love this GameStop. Nothing any different about their products, but the staff is solid and great people.

We entered this store on Sunday evening about 20 minutes before closing and were told immediately upon entering that they would NOT be staying even one minuted past closing because the employee had to pick up his girlfriend from the airport. When we asked if they had any Wii Fits left, the one that had to pick up his girlfriend scoffed and said «Yeah, we have that one that we’ve been using as a doorstop.»
These guys were not helpful at all and made it clear that they weren’t trained well for customer service. As a business owner, I’m expected to always be polite, friendly and above all, helpful to customers, regardless of if I have «better» things to do.
