When ordering we felt like we had come to the right place for our wedding tux rental needs. This place is pricier than others by we were willing to spend the extra for piece of mind, the manager who was taking our order promised we would be more than happy with our choices. He also gave us a description of every item we ordered so we would know exactly what to expect. SOWRONG. A day or two before the wedding we went in to have my fiancé try his tux and pick it up. It was not at all the styles we ordered, and looked foolishly big and baggy. When inquiring with the clerks they stated that they were in the middle of some company changes so some things they would no longer have and others were changing. They stated that even if they quickly ordered in a smaller size that these tuxes were meant to be roomy(we originally ordered slim fit). There was absolutely no way they would be able to replace all tuxes in the order with something different before the wedding. They stated that we got what we ordered. We had no choice, had to use those tuxes or nothing. Our pictures look foolish, like we were trying to be funny with 1920’s style gangsters as groomsmen. When we returned my husband’s tux the day after the wedding we spoke with a different person and told them our concerns. He seemed very unapologetic but took down our name and number and told us the manager would call us. Never happened, even after also calling the store once more. We had gone to get our wedding suites for our destination wedding. When asked about late charges, as we would be out of the country and need these longer than the typical wedding, we were told not worry about late charges. My finace and I thought great. They also told my grandparents the same thing. A month later, we find out that not only is our pick up date a week later than we need it, we are now being charged the equivalent of 2 rentals per person, my fiancé’s suit almost $ 350. When I spoke with the store manager and regional manager they would not correct the issue, as we were told by an employee that no longer worked at the store. Very disappointed with this. We ended up canceling our group and going to a more honest, customer friendly store. As a local wedding planner, I would never recommend Jos. A Bank’s to any of my clients.
