Great, great, great brewery!!! In my opinion best brewery in Loveland hands down! A must go brewery when in town! Their flagship beers are always good and their rotating beers are always good! I love on Fridays they have a different Cask Beer! I believe no one else in Loveland had that, but I could be wrong. All in all a must visit!

Great brewery, always a wide selection of very good beer(tried the citrus IPA on this trip and it was fantastic, not too hoppy), and a very friendly atmosphere and staff.

Maybe we’ve gotten spoiled by the great service we always get at the other spots on 4th St, but I was really surprised at how rude all of the staff was here. They acted like they really didn’t want to be bothered. We had a party of 4, and we all had a couple beers and tipped 30%, but one of the servers blatantly rolled his eyes while he cleared our table, and the blonde girl behind the bar acted like we a total inconvenience to her. There are a lot better places close by to spend your money

A sour raspberry beer as part of their flagship menu? Yes please! I live in Aurora, so I’m nowhere near Loveland, but I do have a friend who lives in Ft. Collins, so from now on, when I go to visit her, I’ll be stopping off at Loveland Aleworks for a growler.

A solid addition to the front range beer scene. Although not exclusive, I’d say they specialize in sour infused beers, the raspberry sour is an excellent example, they also had some seasonals left over from Valentine’s Day. I sampled the chocolate porter, which had a deep and rich chocolate flavor that you only get with using real coco nibs, with a nice hop finish. The dbl and single IPA were also good, but you really have to do something amazing to stand out in the crowded IPA landscape in Co. The brew house is located in downtown Loveland in a nice storefront with a clean and modern layout. The bartender was knowledgeable, personable and took the time to give you insight or background when possible. If you’re in the area and have some time I would suggest giving them a shot, there’s a lot worse places you could find yourself than on a barstool here.

It’s hard to go wrong with beer, but this brewery is lovely. Clean, with educated staff who excel at recommendations. Zach gave some good direction on beer that fit my palate. Thanks for the fantastic afternoon experience! Try the imperial stout.

We must have come here on one of the busiest days, the fire and ice festival was on and the shop was right there at the end, so we went in for a beer with the rest of the festival patrons. It actually wasn’t too bad, most people came in for a quick one and popped out again. It’s a small areas so felt more crowded than it was. I got a flight, 4 X 5oz beers at $ 2 — $ 3 each and the friends I was with all ended up with the same beers that I had on the flight. They were all pretty tasty which is unusual. There’s normally at least 1 I don’t like but looks like I picked all winners here!

Visiting from out of town, and our friends took us by their favorite hang out. We enjoyed some great beer, and the super friendly staff. This place has a really cool vibe, and it was clear to see why this is their favorite spot.

This place is great! Their Beer is my favorite in Loveland. You can order awesome food from Generations across the street and they will walk it over for you. The space is large and they have a narrow patio in front which is fun to hang out at if there is room. We always have fun there and the staff always seem excited about their brews and are very helpful in choosing a beer.

Shockingly good. Who knew Loveland has craft beer mastered. Ordered food from Generations, delivered from across the street. Again, shocking. Bring at least 2 empty growlers — the beer is that good. Wish I had brought 3. Will be back.

I’ve been drinking here since the second day they were open, it’s easily my favorite Loveland brewery. The owner, Nick, puts out a consistently clean ale – in a variety of American, English, & Belgian styles. Selections vary, there are 5 ‘Flagship’ ales and 5 ‘rotating’ taps. So most favorites are always available, but there are new brews to try as well. Located in a historic downtown building with a pleasant patio in front. If you care to eat more than a snack, the restaurant across the street will deliver anything from their menu.

Every time I am in Loveland coming here is a absolute requirement, ABSOLUTEREQUIREMENT!!! In the words of Justin Timblerlake as he impersonates Jimmy Fallon… «So good!!! So good!!!» A growler from Loveland Ale Works gets any trip to CO started right for me and I love every drop of it like a local.

Lovely little place with exposed brickwork and high ceilings. There brewing room, which you san see through big glass windows on one side of the establishment, is probably one of the most charming I’ve come across — also with a backdrop of exposed old-time brick work and a number of barrels where beer is aging. I had the current and cranberry sour beer and it was quite delicious They brew on a small scale but what they make they seem to make well, worth a visit if you are in this area.

I love a place that gives deals with a Unilocal check-in(as near as I can tell, they have been doing this here for over two years). But, even if they did not do that, the beer here is more than solid. This was the third brewery we visited on our Loveland brewery adventure. The Cranberry Sour Ale was much to my liking and I enjoyed the Raspberry Sour Ale even more. The Darkest Day chocolate Coconut Porter was not unlike drinking a candy bar(in a good way). Sitting on the small patio, watching people walk by with their dogs, was a nice way to wind down the afternoon. There was nice energy in the place and the friendly folks seemed to be in a good mood on our visit.

Wowwee, very good beer, wide styles available. We had the imperial stout, and the IPA, as well as a Belgian double, and the raspberry sour. They have complimentary pretzels. We came after a hike and the aches and pains vanished quickly after a libation. A brewery to watch.

As far as Loveland goes, this place is my favorite brewery. Verboten comes in a close second. Grimm comes in third and both Big Beaver and Crow Hop tie for last place. I have reserved my 5th star for this place up until now mainly because I needed to see how this place would develop since I first came here nearly a year ago. Since, I’ve been here more times than I can remember(weird). I love their Imperial Stout as one of my personal favorites, but recently they’ve put a few others that really impressed me. You have to try their Belgian Grand Cru, Coconut Porter and their coffee infused Wookie Brown Ale. LOVE each one! For this reason, I felt compelled to write this review update and give them their 5th star. Cheers to the creativity of their brewer(s) and I look forward to my next visit and their continued success! Prost!

What a year can do for ya! As promised in the my first review of Loveland Aleworks, I finally made my way back and couldn’t wait to see how they’ve improved, especially with all of the great recent reviews. And hot damn, LA, you’ve made me a believer! I tried a good selection of their current beers: the saison, the imperial stout, the coconut porter, and the cherry saison. The fact that I remembered all of the beers is a huge plus. But we could just chalk that up to my goldfish memory… but I digress, back to the beer! The saison was indeed tasty, very sessionable. But what sold me was the coconut porter and the cherry saison. Both had their respective flavors, but nothing was overpowering. So both were extremely balanced, enjoyable and easy to drink. I was a huge fan of the imperial stout as well: very hearty with a great bold flavor. Thumbs up! I also had a chance to take a few sips of the sour raspberry ale that my sister had ordered. Wow, definitely a nice, balanced sour. Congrats, LA! After my second visit, I can say I’m a fan and will definitely make sure to bump up Loveland Aleworks in my «must-visit» list when in the area. The tap room is still hopping and the servers are lovely. And now the beers match it all. LA has got some game, people!
