This is a great RV park, it is very clean and management knows what they are doing with their demand. Don’t write a bad review because you are cheap and want everything for a deal. If you don’t want to spend the money staying in a RV park, move along to the nearest campground. Staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. Full service propane refill with a smile!

Staff was nice on phone, we arrived late and left early so never dealt with in person. The problem with this park is the layout, the spaces are way too close together.

Denton, TX
Between my grandparents and I, we have stayed at this campground close to forty times. This summer, my grandparents planned on spending another few nights here yet again. However, my Grandpa was admitted into the hospital and diagnosed with leukemia before their stay. The management refused to reimburse my grandparents’ money. Business practices like this are grossly unethical. My family and I will never go back due to the pure rudeness and unfeeling of the management

Very unprofessional and shady operation that doesn’t follow your written storage agreement. I was a customer since 2010 and paid my bill on the 3rd of each month without an issue, and last year it went under new management and now they add extra fees under your nose and changed the date the bill is due and raised the rent without any notice which none was in my written agreement. The best thing you can do is stay away from Loveland RV!

We reserved a shady site because our a/​c wasn’t working well. When we arrived, the folks in the office seemed quite confused and, as it turned out, they had put someone else in our site so they were scrambling to find us another one. They finally did and when we got all set up we discovered that our neighbors were ticked off because they had friends arriving later in the day who had reserved the site we had been given. Sheesh!
These sites are small, the voltage is lousey, there is no cable TV and the office staff tends to be on the rude side.
We’ll never stay here again and I’m not sure why anyone else would either.
