Dirty. Friendly service and food was prepared well, but this restaurant hasn’t had a deep cleaning in years. I can’t come back because I can barely eat my food– there were 9 open tables of which none were clean and there was no line. The floors were covered in food bits, discarded paper napkin rings and trash. The bathroom’s soap dispenser in the Women’s was broken– just in need of basic maintenance. Th soda fountain area looks like a potential health hazard. The touch screen for soda choice was FILTHY, there was trash and spills all over. Unfortunate, although the food and service was good, I’m worried about what kind of food borne illness I may be walking away with.

I love noodles but like everyone as reviewed so far this noodles location needs some help. This is the second time I have been to this location and I feel let down again. I usually order the same thing. Pasta Fresca with Parmesan chicken and a side caesar. The pasta and chicken were good, just had a little bit too much oil then I think it should. The side Caesar is what makes me the most pissed of. Who knew I could get mad at a salad! But this is the second time I have experienced this here. There is only enough salad for two bites! Not joking and half of it was wilty. Maybe if you gave out more salad it wouldn’t get wilty! I order salad because I like to eat it, so quit being so stingy on the salad people! The salad wasn’t in my Togo bag and had to ask for it. Not a big deal, they were busy and mistakes happen. Just thought I would mention it. The noodles in Fort Collins by CSU always gets it right. Shout out!

Every time I call for a pick up order I have to call over and over for someone to answer. The med sandwich I usually get and they never give me the sauce for it. Pasta is always shorted on veggies and never has any sauce on it! I even order extra sauce each time — which I’m sure I pay extra for and they never do. I used to work at noodles and the food we made never came out like this. Very disappointed,

I love Noodles & Company… 5⁄5 stars!!! Except this location which sucks. I have been here many times… Like 30+ times. heck maybe 50+ times Why? Well when I am out shopping there is really no better option. Over half of the time? FAIL. I have gotten raw chicken more than once, I have gotten the wrong size entrée, I have not gotten something I have ordered, I have not gotten my soup with the soup and sandwich combo, I have gotten undercoocked pasta, I have gotten overcooked pasta, I have gotten disgusting old iced tea multiple times, I have had horrible wait times… 30+ min for my food, I have gotten food missing an ingredient… Get the point? This location consistently fails in some way or another over multiple years I have been going here and It has never gotten any better. I was pretty excited when the new location opened on 29th street. I have been there about 10 times and they have never messed up and the food is much better.

Poor experience. We ordered the Indonesian Peanut and the Pad Thai, both were extremely spicy. Then we ordered the Tomato and Cucumber side and the tomato basil soup. They were pathetic and not worth the money. I had maybe 6 spoonfuls and could see the bottom the bowl when I got it. Very poor experience.

The veggies were old, and just not impressed at all with the flavor. I ordered the Japanese noodles and regretted it.

Generally, I’m a fan of Noodles and Co, but not this location. On the last three times I’ve been there, they’ve forgotten to give me the soda I ordered, the dessert I ordered(ordered a rice krispy through the app; they were out — no question if I wanted it removed from my bill, or wanted a cookie instead), the bread I ordered. Tonight they didn’t give me the protein that I ordered. So, if you are ordering, especially a to go order, CHECKEVERYTHING and make sure you have everything before you leave. Or just go to the new 29th St. location. I can trust them to get all of the pieces of my order correct.

Very disappointed in food, get barely any food and the portion sizes are all different. Some on the vegetables not even cooked. Asked them to cook it and came back still uncooked. To expensive for what you get. Will not be returning! !!

Disappointing. I had the Pad Thai, which was bland, lacked everything that makes Pad Thai… well, Pad Thai, like peanuts, Thai Basil, and bean sprouts. To(not) to it off, no Sriracha! Meh.

I love Noodles and Company but this location is awful! I wish that it was better since I work within walking distance and would eat here often, however, I will not be returning. I ordered pesto and after 15 minutes of waiting in am almost empty restaurant during a non peak time, I received my pasta with hardly any sauce on it. There are only 1 or 2 tables in the restaurant that have been cleared so I was forced to sit outside. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food, service and overall impression at this location.

I think the price is a little high for what you get, but what you get is pretty good. It’s noodles and they’re good.

This place have good pasta. I always order the same pasta. It because it is so good! I get full easily! I mostly just get it for carryout and I haven’t eat in the restaurant. I like the staff. They are DEAF friendly. When I tell them I am Deaf and I need to read your lip. They took the time to work with me. Friendly stuff. I would recommend this place to to my family and friend.

Not very impressed. I’ve only been here once and have not went back. On that visit, the place not as clean as I would have liked. Despite them not being very busy, most of the tables were not cleared.

Had the featured Thai Hot Pot — each and every piece of meat was dry, stringy and/or tough with little flavor. The pot stickers were thin and flat. Not a quarter of an inch thick. Med sand chicken was dry, chewy and probably came in bulk from a mega store. The broth for my soup was good. Beer was good.

First time here, thought I’d be safe and order the steak stroganoff. When it came to the table, the steak was way over cooked and dry. Mushrooms had some flavor and the sauce was good. But the noodles had been over cooked and were gummy. There were only a few people in the restaurant so I don’t understand why the quality was so poor.

Great food. I had the Japanese Pan noodle bowl. Yummy! Flat bread is awesome. Service was average. Our table was kinda dirty with noodles on the floor by our feet. Will come back and do take out this time or pick a cleaner table. My boyfriend had the rice crispy treat for dessert, yummy as well. Large portion. Overall average.

So FULL!!! The dishes tonight were amazing! Each and every one of them, and I tried ½ the menu. I give this place a four star rating just because it is a chain and each individual restaurant has an equal quality and feel to it. I really appreciate that consistency but I like the feel of originally designed restaurants better. The service was great, we had amazing personal attention. They were great with my friends year and a half old! Solid restaurant, I would recommend noodles and company to anyone.

This is a great place and a much better choice than your typical fast food chain restaurant. We’ve been several times and the food has been very good. The only dish I’ve been disappointed in here is the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, it’s just not as good as I expected it to be. It’s not horrible, just not to my liking. The service has always been good, we’ve never had to wait long to place our order or get our food. We’ve had the Penne Rosa, Japanese Pan Noodles, and Pasta Fresca and not been disappointed in any of them. I’ve added grilled chicken to the Pasta Fresca and that made it even better. If you’re looking for good, fast, food, then this is the place to try.

Unlike other reviewers, I was pleasantly surprised that Noodles and Company was not just Asian noodles – they also serve American and Mediterranean selections. Mary got the Japanese pan noodles with marinaded steak and I had the Truffle Mac. Everything was served hot and very tasty. Service was quick and employees were all very pleasant. How is it that Noodles and Co. is able to hire sharp, personable young employees and McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. cannot?
