Pizza Hut

Ordered from this Pizza Hut twice. Both time they got the order wrong. The first time I had ordered a ranch flavor on the crust which they didn’t do. The second time I ordered they delivered the pizza after almost an hour. The ticket that I received was the correct ticket but the pizza was completely wrong. Called them to tell them of the mistake and was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for almost three minutes I finally was able to tell the girl working of the situation. She acted completely annoyed and asked if they should make a new pizza and deliver it. I wasn’t calling to tell her that the pizza was wrong and to continue the unsatisfactory customer service they were delivering. She asked for the ticket number and again I was on hold. She came back on the line, asked for the ticket number again and then said it would be delivered and be free of charge. I made sure they had to correct order because well, I had already encountered first hand how competent these employees were and the rest of my encounter proved right. After waiting again for over an hour to receive my correct order the delivery guy tried to get me to pay for the correct pizza. Told him, no it was free because they sent the wrong pizza earlier. The pizza was cold and the garlic knot crust wasn’t cooked all of the way. It was beyond disappointing. Needless to say, this will be the absolute last time I get pizza from Pizza Hut and I feel bad for anyone who does decide to order from them.

I just wanted to put this out there one of the worst place you can get food from. They have messed my order up on a couple of occasions and when you call to complain they really don’t care. I will never spend another dime there again.

Wanted to try the $ 5 flavor menu and you really get the quality of a$ 5 pizza. Terrible quality and when you go inside everyone is frazzled and does not know what is going on. I guess this is what we get for ordering from a chain. Good price not not good quality.

Ordered from here last night to see if they are any better than the Berthoud restaurant. Tried one of the new hand tossed pizzas with the garlic butter crust. Pizza was decent, maybe a tad overcooked. Not sure if we care for the crust after they have hit it with the garlic butter it seems to get hard and dry out. Overall pretty average and nothing spectacular after they have revamped their menu/​recipe.

Went here for the second time as we’ve been packing to move and were tired and didn’t feel like cooking. Ordered opersonal pan pizzas w/​bread sticks and two drinks, as this was the special that day. They brought out piping hot breadsticks within 10 minutes. The general Mgr came by and asked how they were, I told him, «Would be better if the pizzas were here.» He told us they would be out in a couple minutes. After about five minutes he came by to tell us that the pizzas were only half way through the oven and apologized profusely. A couple minutes later he came and sat down at our table, apologized again and gave us a free large pizza coupon good for any store in the chain, When I explained we were moving in a couple days he asked what states we’d be in and told us where to find his Pizza Huts in OK, where we’d be in a couple days. Needless to say we were surprised and grateful! The manager stayed and chatted with us till the food arrived. He came again before we left to ensure the pizza was ok. All-​in-​all it was a very good experience.

Okay, so it was a Friday, but ordering/​picking up a pizza here was kind of painful. Understaffed. Chaotic. And they didn’t put enough sauce on the wings (several of them were nearly dry/​plain).
