Service really sucked… Went in expecting awesomeness but honestly after today I won’t be returning. This place was highly recommended so my coworkers and I went for lunch. The host didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or even seat us. Our server was absent, slow and never checked on us which made the wait extremely long that we ended up 30 mins late heading back to work. I’m happy we got beer samples which was the only plus but from the wait, the food being ehh I’m so not impressed. The dinning area and décor is pretty cool.

Beer was great, nachos were outstanding and service/staff were very good. The crab dip we ordered came with its own oil slick on top. Not very appetizing but hey not everything can be 100%. I ordered one of the specials which was jambalaya. It came out warm. Not hot nor cold but warm. My hands barely warmed touching the plate. I really don’t like sending food back but in this case I did. ITCAMEBACKOUTWARMTHE2x… I did get the customary apologies from waiter(he was very good) and younger guy who I assume was manager. The line of the night was«I will take both jambalayas off your bill». Huh? Really? Meanwhile back at the Justice Center Wonder Woman ordered their take on a Cuban Sandwich. Take a Cuban sandwich and deep fry it and serve with pepper jelly substance. It was very doughy and unsatisfying. Actually caused her to not feel well for several hours after. My guess is that maybe we hit them on an off night. The décor is very nice. Menu was large with the usual bar fare. Can’t say enough about the waiter and the beer.

This is my third time and too né honest probably my last. Went early on a Friday night, ordered our over priced drinks for $ 10.00 each ordered appetizers(dont get the calmari and peppers way too small and over cooked for $ 10 wait person didn’t give us apptizer plates so we had to hold our pretzels the whole time, entrees came way too fast I guess they needed the table, refills on ice water and ice tea were hard to get. So $ 100 plus tip and the food didn’t thrill me earn the waitress only 17% I always tip minimum 22% but you were no where to be found and never asked how our meal was. So this is how I will tell you. Feeling like I over spent, rushed, and I want dessert you forgot to ask…

Based on service. Good beer but only one tv tuned to the Avs game… next to the service area at the bar. Not that busy. Asked for another tv tuned to it and promptly forgot. They do have infomercials on though. «Furniture Feet– Scratches disappear like magic.» — awesome, I want to watch the Avs. *my wife said the girl was slammed, I.E. busy. Perhaps not her fault but they need more bar staff.

I hadn’t been in a Rock bottom for 6 years, and I hadn’t realized it’s become a joke of a concept. Super expensive for mediocre food. The servers wear tshirts now? Wow! Whoever in your company made that decision I would exit them now! Your servers look, act, and have about much experience as red robin wait staff, at least red robin isn’t gouching the customers. NO manager presence in the restaurant. The service was awfully slow along with the kitchen and it was 7pm on a Saturday and slow, which should tell you something. Last time I’ll go into this place, stay away, trust me your hard earned money can be spent somewhere else.

I’ve been here twice, and the food and service has been quality and amazing both times. My first go round I sampled the cheddar jalapeño burger and it was on point, cooked to order and filling. My second time I had the el Diablo pizza and yes, it was spicy and delicious. I’ve had the brown ale and the stout, both brewed in house and delicious. I sampled the honey brew which delighted my taste buds. The honey used is local to Fort Collins, which makes it even better. The ambiance is large, woody and full of TVs turned to sports. You could easily forget that this is not a chain, because no expense was spared in the making of this restaurant. Deducted one star because we waited quite a while to get our check. A must try next time you’re in Loveland.

While coming back from Ft Collins we decided to stop by for a steak dinner. My wife ordered the 7 oz sirloin with the cheesy mac and mashed potatoes. I ordered the Bison strip steak. My steak meal came out to over $ 26. Not sure if there is a shortage on Bison or maybe the demand is high. Anyways, my meal was good. Wife was not too crazy about the mashed potatoes since there was like a sour aftertaste in them. Overall it was still a nice place. We recommend to sit outside, since there are strings of lights hanging outside.

Received mediocre service and was denied drinks with a temporary identification card. The server was very rude and multiple servers were talking badly about my friend and I because of having a temporary identification card. This was my first time at this establishment as I was visiting family from out of state. I was embarrassed and openly treated poorly in front of my family. I would not be going back to this place if I actually lived in this state.

I wish there was a 2.5 star rating… But since there’s not I went with 2, mainly because of the price vs. quality ratio. Wow is this place expensive! $ 130 for a party of 6(before tip), no appetizer and only alcoholic 3 drinks. Way too much for what we got. Everyone left a little hungry, and our palates were not impressed either. Ordinary burgers, edible fish tacos(served in crunchy taco shells? Are you kidding me?), and street tacos that were fine, just not $ 15 fine… I had the calamari, which was okay, but again, just not much there for the price. Even the fries were just okay — certainly not worth the caloric splurge. I’m not sure why we, as a society, continue to give places like this a shot. I don’t mind paying, if the quality is there. In this case, in just isn’t. We won’t make this mistake again.

This used be our favorite place but with management and staff changes the quality has degraded significantly. The last 2 times we have went the burgers have been cold and burned to a crisp. It’s like eating a piece of charcoal. So sad to see our favorite restaurant go down hill

Rock bottom continues to confuse me at every turn. One the one hand, I like this restaurant a lot. My food has usually been good to great and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. On the other hand, service has ranged from dismal to good. On one occasion, I actually had to chase my waitress down to get a refill. She pretty much ignored us through the whole meal. I could forgive that if she was overwhelmed with tables, however we were one of only four tables. I am sad to say that I left the smallest tip(10%) that I have ever left. Despite the poor service, the food generally keeps me coming back. I have sampled the street food menu and found it quite tasty. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal and my burgers have been excellent. Would I eat at Rock Bottom again? Oddly enough, I continue to find myself parked in their lot wondering how I got there. Whether by divine intervention or alien mind manipulation, at least I know I am going to get a good meal.

THEBARISOPENMUCHLATERTHANTHEDININGAREA. CALLTHEMFORDETAILS. We stopped in here on Saturday before(9:20 pm) and after(11:40 pm) a movie, just got a couple of drinks. Service at the bar was fast, friendly, and charming. The beer is respectable as always and served ice cold. They serve Tito’s vodka which is a prerequisite for my wife so that made her do the happy dance. Or maybe she had to pee. Whichever. The theater is one of the nicer ones in the region and this place is across the parking lot, so I see us coming back a lot more.

Three of us went for lunch before heading out of town. Service was fabulous from when we walked in the door and when we left. Our food was amazing! We started out with the made-to-order guac and tortilla chips… best we have EVER had(I’m trying to copy the recipe I’m already craving it) we also had chicken waldorf salad and club sandwich. We kept saying how delicious everything was and mentioned it a few times to the waitress, that’s how pleased we were! Yes, we will be returning when we go back to Cinci and will let others know as well. Thank you for an incredible lunch! :)

I love the Rock Bottom Brewery. I always enjoy getting their Brewery nachos and one of their local brews. The staff always seems to be very friendly. My favorite item on their menu is the 2 a.m. Burger. Hands down one of the best burgers I have had. The chicken mac and cheese is my wife’s favorite. I love to go here with my family and friends it is always a treat.

My husband got a gift card for his birthday and we were excited to try this place out! It was so good! Food was excellent and the service was excellent! You can’t ask for anything more ! I recommend this place to our friends and family who are looking for new places to try, one of our favorites!!!

Great service but the pager did not work. The hostess was very helpful and fixed the situation. The build your own pizza is lacking on toppings but the kids really enjoyed them. The waitress(Caro) was great too. The carrot cake is really great.
If you looked up «meh» in the Culinary Dictionary, you would find Rock Bottom, along with a bevy of other chains. There’s nothing wrong with Rock Bottom per se, but there’s nothing great or unique about it, which is the recipe — pun intended — of chain restaurants. They have to appeal to as many people as possible while offending as few people as possible. If this description were that of a human, most would describe that person as «nice», which really means that human is «inoffensive and uninteresting», which would be a perfect catch-phrase for Rock Bottom — «Come to Rock Bottom where we’re inoffensive and uninteresting!»

An establishment almost has to go out of its way to get one star from me, but I don’t have much of anything complementary to say about this place. A lot has to do with the overall menu, which is obviously not location specific for this chain restaurant. So many choices, so little taste. I’m sorry, but I’m just so done with places like this, Chili’s, Applebee’s, etc. Just not good. I always feel sick after. Specific frustrations tonight included the waitress spending 10 minutes trying to figure out what someone in our party with a dairy allergy could safely order; then, when we complained that the dish was really bland, it turned out that the kitchen substituted out the sauce that basically makes the dish — without consulting our friend or giving her another option! Another annoyance was an honest mistake — my son’s meal was left in the oven too long and had to be completely redone. Good thing we had ordered an appetizer, or we would have had a messed up seven year old. Oh, and I wasn’t impressed with the«house made root beer» that was made especially uninteresting by being served in a glass mostly full of ice. There’s a reason A&W doesn’t water down their root beer with ice! I won’t be back. For the food or the meh service.

It’s a «Chain Brewery» whatever that is. Their beer is OK, but this Colorado and I expect more, I’ve had better beer in Vermont. My food was good. One time I had the burger which was very good and juicy. Another time I had the salmon,(which was a little salty but most restaurant food is to me.) If you’re out shopping in the Promenade shops I’d eat here, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.
