Just now ordered two sandwiches at 830 for delivery, called shop to wonder where its at. Woman didn’t have a clue saying well should be there soon i guess. 955 rolls around and driver calls to ask my wife to stand out in the parking lot to help him find us. Still paid full price for a sandwich that’s an hour and half old. But hey at least we got a cookie thats good enough to be in a convenience store. Glad we’re moving away from this crap. So order with warning.

Got the teriyaki chicken sub and thought I was eating watered-down cardboard. No discernible flavor in the«sandwich» area. So much so I threw more than half of it away. The quality has really dropped at Silver Mine. One other thing, you can’t build a sandwich(at least when I called in they said I couldn’t do that) so we had to order one from the menu and then add or subtract ingredients. Very confusing for my 10 year old. That’ll be our last visit to Silver Mine.

Swore I wouldn’t go here again but found ourselves here today after ignoring them since 8-14-2014. Now I remember why I said it ! Ordered Georgetown 8 «$ 6.19 + tax. Tape measure said 57⁄16 inch(they must mean cm) 2YES2 slices of turkey 2 slices of tomato 3 slices of cheese a dab of guacamole and ¼ lb of lettuce and they fckin forget the bacon. This place is an Absolute RIPOFF and manned by idiots. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. You got the last dime you’ll ever get from me.

Ordered a sub at 9:36. Guy on the phone said he would give me the free delivery Coupon which I thought was nice. Funny thing is is that free delivery always happens when they don’t deliver you sub. I called at 11:25 and asked when I should get my sub and the guy said he didn’t have any orders on the screen I gave my phone number and address but said it was never entered in the system. He asked if I wanted them to put it in the system. I was afraid if I said yes I would be up until 2 waiting to eat diner. Not even a little discount for the mistake. I drive to jimmy johns before I call them for awhile Edit: manager figured out where the mistake was and corrected it. They went from a 1 star to a 4 star with me

I feel like I need to update this review. The last 3 times I have visited this store(it’s very close to my workplace, very convenient) it has been great! There was a small staff turn over I think and the crew I have had build my sandwich, take my order etc, was much better than before. They were a lot more friendly. I’m hoping the manager or owner had a talk with the employees about customer service and specifically being friendly. I’m glad it’s much better because I do really enjoy their food.

Okay so I’m new to loveland and decided to try this place. The first time they were fast and spot on! Then the 2nd time the order was messed up and the girl that I took the order with was pretty rude. My order came late and my hot sub was room temp. Thankfully I got my money back for the sandwich they messed up. The girl that answered when I called in complaining about my order was super nice. Then TODAY I called to give them another chance. This time I kept my receipt… The same girl was taking orders but was pretty rude it says EMP: pg082705 when it was time to say goodbye she just hung up on me! My food came 40 minutes later and my subs were room temp AGAIN. Managers should make sure the girls taking orders say their names when they answer because that girl must be getting away with being rude to customers. I give up. I will not order from here again until I’m for sure I’ll be treated like a valued customer.

This is a great local business with amazing food. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. I have ordered sandwiches for delivery. My kids love the kids’ meals. This is a top-notch sandwich shop, heads and tails above the other chains in Loveland.

Gave this place two different tries. Turkey sub is ok but adding«Avocado» is just adding a mayo-like spread. Tuna sub is tasteless and not that great. The good part is that they deliver late; however, both times it has taken at least 45 minutes to get our order. Maybe I have just ordered the wrong things since others seems to like it.

Nothing like delivered sandwiches after a hard day of working on the house. I love the bread and the delivery is very fast. It’s also easy to find coupons. Great place if your look for a great sandwich!

I’m not sure why this place hasn’t been reviewed yet. Or if they’re just so long established that no one even bothers because they make really yummy sandwiches. Silver Mine Subs isn’t like your typical Subway(or any other chain) sandwich shop. They have a menu which lists all the ingredients and that’s what you get. Ok. Sounds typical, right? Well folks. they have ingredients like SPROUTS! This to me makes it far better than your typical «wich» establishment. Oh and they have 3 different sizes. Had I known the medium was an 8″ and not a 6″, I probably would’ve opted for the small. Not because the sandwich was bad. but because it was big. So the remaining 2″ I ended up saving to eat later. Small shop in a very small strip center but well worth it to either grab n’ go or dine in.
