Family owned business, and Tom & Sarah are very competent and focused on making this business go. Took my son’s fairly expensive Giant mountain bike in there a couple months ago for a true and overdue tune-​up and was surprised at: the reasonable estimate, the guarantee behind their maintenance work, and the quick turn time for repairs.
They showcase a few vintage bikes in addition to newer ones (very cool and unusual); this place is small and cozy (don’t expect Montgomery Cyclery, folks). These guys deserve kudos as small businesspeople doing what they love and doing it well. Maps of the Bike Trail are available if needed!

If you are in the market for a new bike, need repairs done or just looking for some good advice, Swallow Bicycle Works is your place! This is a true family run shop… Tom and Sarah are the best! These are the most down to earth and friendly owners of any local business I’ve been to. This husband and wife team is very knowledgeable about their products and will go the extra mile to help anyone! You can tell they really love what they do!
Their location is perfect… they are located just minutes away from the historic Loveland Bike Trail! The atmosphere and décor is top notch as well… it has a very warm modern-​industrial feel to it, and the workshop taking center stage is a very nice touch as well! They carry all of the best products and gear available, and even have a nice selection for children… I just purchased a hot pink Strider for my 2 year old there moments ago!
I would highly recommend these folks to any cycling enthusiast, and urge you to at least go check them out and pay them a visit before you go anywhere else… you will NOT be disappointed!
