I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had the worst hair experience of my life here. I asked to have my haircut and thinned out and left with a bald spot at the bottom of my hair. They could tell I was very unhappy and no one tried to fix it. I literally cried when I walked out the door and I emailed them when I got home about how unhappy I was and I never got a response from them.

Made an appointment to get braids on one side of my head, the girl assured me the hairdresser could do it, even showed her a picture !!! The braid was very loose, nothing like what I wanted and when I left I even took it out cause it was embarrassing. It was something even I could have done. I went here cause I wanted a professional looking braid that would stay for at least a week and all I got was a rip off I paid $ 40 for !!! WTF. They knew I was unhappy and still charged me $ 40. Next time I’ll go to a salon that specializes in BRAIDS I guess ?
Oh but Haley is pretty awesome she’s cut and styled my hair a few times.

I had a great experience the last time I went to get my hair cut and colored. I would definitely go again and ask for Haley — she’s great!

Love this salon! My dear friend Hayley always does my hair and it always comes out exactly how I want it. They really know what they’re doing here. Their service and hospitality is always great. I’ve gotten my sisters and my mom to go here too. I don’t plan on going anywhere else in the future! I highly recommend this place.

Decided to try out this salon because they seemed to be reasonably priced. I was told on the phone that my all over color would be around $ 55. However, once my appointment ended, I was told that it was going to be $ 80. I understand that coloring hair is typically expensive for I have been to numerous salons. But, I do not understand how someone can be so far off with the estimated pricing. It’s not like I even have that long of hair.
Also, not only was this placed overpriced, but the dye used on my hair made my scalp VERY itchy. My appointment was a few days ago and I am STILL scratching my head all day. Lastly, my hair turned out to be a lot darker than I had wanted. I said that I wanted a dark BROWN and now my hair is black. My hairdresser insisted that it had a lot of «dimension» and would look gorgeous in the sun! It’s black hair… nothing spectacular.
Overall, I think that this salon is mediocre at best. I know that I will not be going back. The only reason why I ventured away from my previous salon was because I thought their pricing was going to be reasonable. Instead, I ended up paying the exact same as I would have if I would have just stuck with my usual place.

Was going to be my first time here. Made an appointment several hours in advance. Came on time for my appointment and made me wait 10 mins with no where to sit. Just to tell me ill have to wait 30 to 40 mins longer. I was only there to get my eyebrows waxed. Wow. Not impressed AT ALL. I won’t be back.
